Primary Eye Care / Comprehensive Exam

• Review of resident's medical chart and present health conditions

• Review of medications that may affect sight

• Internal and external evaluation of eye disease, including pupillary dilation

• Neurological evaluation and gross visual field testing

• Cataract and Glaucoma evaluation

• Medical management of eye disease

• Ocular hygiene and cleansing

• Optical evaluation and eyeglass testing

• Order and delivery of new glasses

Consultation and Referrals

• Cataracts

• Glaucoma

• Retinal Disease (including diabetic retinopathy)

• and any other eye disease that may be present.

Eye Glass Engraving - We can engrave a resident's eyeglass frame with their name, to help reduce the risk of loss.

Eye Glass Adjustments and Repair - Adjusting and repairing residents' eye glasses will help keep them comfortable and seeing better.
